The basics

World Cup Scorer is a game for friends. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. Simple.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use World Cup Scorer.
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
• One account per person. Don't create multiple accounts.

Content (photos & comments)

• You own your photos. By uploading them, you grant us the right to display them to your league members.
• Don't upload anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to share.
• League admins can delete claims. We can remove content that violates these terms.
• We are not responsible for content uploaded by users.

Payments

• Premium league upgrades cost £3 per player, one-time.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• No one is charged until all league members have authorised the payment.
• If the upgrade is cancelled before charges are made, no money changes hands.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if there's an issue.

The game

• Points and league standings are for fun. There is no monetary prize.
• League admins can override claims. This is a feature, not a bug.
• We reserve the right to modify scoring, claim types, and game mechanics.

Availability

We'll do our best to keep the service running, especially during matches. But we don't guarantee 100% uptime and aren't liable for downtime. It's a game, not air traffic control.

Termination

We can suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time.
